Microsoft Certified Partner
Our participation in the Microsoft Certified Partner program constitutes an endorsement by Microsoft that we have the experience and expertise to build and support information technology solutions based on the Microsoft platform.
Microsoft products form the cornerstone of the business solutions we develop and our relationship with Microsoft provides our clients with both direct and indirect benefits in the following three areas:
Product Access
We have access to all Microsoft products including desktop operating systems, server products, development tools and technologies, and many others.
Updated versions are sent to us monthly.
We can provide our clients with Retail Management System (RMS) that allow them to try Microsoft products and solutions before they buy.
Microsoft Partner Guides allow us to use new products before they launch. We receive monthly technical information and beta software on new Microsoft products. This gives us a first hand look at how Microsoft intends to support the latest trends in technology.
In addition to TechNet and the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) library, we have access to the same non-public resources and tools available to Microsoft's own developers and engineers including planning documents, case studies, presentations, white papers, project guides, and more.
Technical Support
As a Microsoft Certified Partner, our ability to support Microsoft solutions extends far beyond our local resources.
The Microsoft Partners Business Critical Phone Support provides us with direct phone contact with Microsoft engineers for priority support of our clients during critical LAN outages or "business down" situations. This support is available 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, 365 days-a-year.
In addition we have non-critical direct telephone support from Microsoft engineers as well as Microsoft-monitored newsgroups, self-help tools, TechNet Plus and MSDN Universal Technical Subscriptions.
Membership in the Community
Being an Microsoft Certified Partner allows us to build relationships and exchange information with other partners nation-wide . These relationships allow us to align our business, network with peers and expand our capabilities to provide greater, more diverse services to our clients.
